This KILLER fat blasting and mobility enhancing micro workout is the latest in our series of micro workouts of the week.

In this episode, we show a total body 4 exercise Micro Workout that can be done in less than 3 minutes.

Think about the power of that! If you have JUST 3 MINUTES to spare you can be burning fat anywhere - at your desk, in your home, in a hotel...the options are limitless.

Here are the exercises:
Alternating reverse lunges - 30 seconds
Ankle mobilizations against wall 20 seconds each leg
Thoracic (upper back) extensions - 30 seconds
Shoulder Dislocations w/ broomstick - 30 seconds

So you work out your ankle, hip, shoulder and upper back - all in LESS THAN 3 MINUTES!

Give it a try and let me know what you think in the comments.

  • does this really work? how much can u lose from doin this one time? or a couple a day? in a week? plz reply

  • @preppymint33 From doing this one time - no noticeable difference. From doing it a couple times a day for a couple weeks - small difference. From doing it in conjunction with good eating and other activity - BIG difference.

  • Hi I thought when you do lunges your back knee is not suppose to touch the ground, and your front knee can't pass your toes? Thanks for your videos very informative.

  • Thanks for the excellent questions! Answers:

    1) If you're doing lunges for purely a regular workout effect, then yes, your knee should not touch the ground. However, since I am doing the lunge to improve mobility here, I am letting the knee touch so that I get a bit more of a stretch in my hip flexors. Great question though!

    2) It's not true that your front knee can't pass your toes. In fact, as long as your heel stays on the ground, it's actually good for improving your ankle mobility!
