Sure it's not one of the most technically perfect swings (if there is such a thing) he hangs back in the downswing causing a steeper shaft angle and his leg shoots forward through impact but hey his hand eye coordination is awesome and it's a powerful, repeatable swing (most of the time) which results in him being one of the most talented players around able to hit all sorts of shots that the modern (textbook) swings are less able to do. His swing matches his personality which is great to watch!

hey thats a game you only can win cause you made the rules but all that doenst matter cause you are a guy that is sitting in front of his computer and judging a multiple major winner. you think your mechanics are better than phils so what chance would I have against you. keep teaching and judging on utube but if you are that good try to get on a local tour it would be an eye opening experience. you say phils plays better cause he played more, than you should at least play on the challenge tour.
