LOL That made me smile...I have an iphone and while I love it - dont know how I ever lived without it - I agree. Though I have many friends who are attached to their blackberries/sidekicks/iphones like OMG. We'll be out and hours later I'll get on twitter and see they tweeted like 5 times while we we're out saying "Im having so much fun" "I love this band" "Im really feeling this music". To me though, if I'm truly enjoying the moment - I don't desire to interrupt it to jump on twitter lol

when you were talking about value, i looked over towards my stuffed animal that i've had since i was about four. and i thought of how any old stranger on the street would probably only want to pay a dime or two for it, but if somehow it had gotten sold without my permission, and i found a way to buy it, i'd probably pay upwards of 400 to 500 dollars, just to get rose back (that's her name haha)

idk why i'm sharing this, but i felt that it was somewhat relavent. :]

Most of all the issues in human nature I think have something to do with having lots of things and wanting more, like we are taking too much from nature, beeing selfish or we envy some else. I mean, from wars, to enviromental issues, to stealing, it is just wanting too much. We really need to start taking less and giving more, and it IS very hard, but it doesnt mean to give everything away, just to pay atention to things you buy, for example, and figure out if you really need it!!

I COMPLETELY AGREE with Iaacat. Anything that is too obsessive and compulsive is bad because it's a vice and vices are not good. I think that we should have a balanced view of makeup and everything else in general relating to things that are tangible. even the way we eat. I think what matters most in life is how we live our lives. Do we overspend? overeat? You fill in the blanks. I think the most important thing in this world that we are living in is our relationship with God.
