@Fearose there aren't many electric motors on SDO. All the HGAS and solar panels are actuated by springs and gas absorbers.

intricacies of development of intricate machines on one part, scientific investigation, thoughts of social fabric, precisely thinkers of numerous field, but all in a different ways. but in a small mass in human body.

Well, being them NASA engineers, it is expected that they actually know what they are doing. It would be foolish to try to teach them basic engineering lessons...

...but, on the other hand, many of them are actually struggling to find better, sometimes simpler ansears to both common and exceptional engineering problems, so it is always helpful to speak your mind.

Een if your idea is not good by itself, it may ignite that invaluable spark of insight they so eagerly seek! ;)

i hope they know that using larg electric motors is bumb they can cut down waight with smaller motors like pager rumble packs ........ cuz is limited grav forces!
