I agree completely. But since the US always backs Israel, it doesn't think it has a reason to.

did you know when begin was in charge 42% of Gaza was given to 2,000 some settlers while the rest was given to the hundreds of thousands of refugees? Tell me how that is fair. And then they ask why the palestinians fight back

i know, I've practiced gun shooting with my dad at a target center and I failed miserably lolz. it was too loud also an the ear muffs are not really enough to stop the shock. but these guys are trained, especially so! And if a three year old runs into a street, if you have even reasonable practice, is it really that hard to not hit the kid? I doubt Hamas would be right next to her since most people would have taken cover out of fear of being shot themselves.

Israel relied mostly on air strikes. That means if a hamas dude that is preparing a qassam missile is like 20 meters away from a kid running across the street to his mom and the missile is in flight, it is safe to assume that that kid and his mom are dead. Military intelligence concentrates mostly on hostile tagets and it has to distinguish between non combatants and combatants and Israel does. But hamas operates AMONG civilians and shooting at civilians: THAT IS A DOUBLE WAR CRIME.

Also sometimes Israel redirects in-flight missiles that are following a car full of terrorists or explosives, they redirect it only when the car enters a civilian place where there is alot of density. So the missile explodes in a safer location to limit civilian deaths. But overall civilian deaths in wars are unavoidable.

And if you drop 400 x 29lb shells in the middle of the town its real hard not to kill kids too! Almost none of those civilians were killed by small arms fire... seriously using artillary on a city which is one of the most densely populated in the world is nothing short of Genocide!

agreed. they cram them into a small area, knowingly conduct air raids, and then call them unprecedented, accidental, avoided as much as possible casualities.
Genocide hidden behind politics and hypocritical lies.
