Critical design changes have made the $360 Amazon Kindle 2 better looking, lighter, and the screen easier to read. However, it's still difficult to view your own documents on this e-book display device, and you'll need to shell out an extra $30 if you want a cover.

the point is for it not to have color so it looks like real paper. man i want to the store saw one and i thought there was paper on the inside for display but it was the actual screen . i was like woah thts really cool

I'm loving the Kindle 2. 2 weeks in, and 4 books down :) sure, we all expect a touch screen, color, cleaning faster internet, etc..but what it does, it does VERY well. A+
