Trey Songz ft. Fabolous - Say Aah (ROCK REMIX)

My friend Jordan suggested that I do a rock remix of Say Aah. I love the melody in this song so i didn't need much persuasion.

Out of all the remixes i've done, this one incorporates the most simple drumming. This is because of two reasons:
1) The original already has tom fills in it. I tried a couple of runs doing fills over the top, and it didn't sound too great
2) Drum fills are entertaining to watch, but this song didn't really call for them. To me it is important to still be able to enjoy the music while not watching the video.

Despite having the flu and it being damn hot in New Zealand, I had fun with this track.

HIS DRUM PLAYING IS NOT THE ONLY IMPRESSIVE THING. THE WAY HE REMIXED THIS WHOLE SONG TO SOMETHING FAR BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL IS SUPER IMPRESSIVE.
