What Lorry drivers crime do you, the British Public, see in this video?

£100K of taxpayers money to convict lorry driver in case taken to Supreme court.

BUT WHY - don't Police want you, the British Public & media , to see the 'evidence' of a truck drivers crime?


POLICE claim - "what happened - 'RECORDED' - on video" (court record p3) - PC G V CONNOR, 2132, A&S.

POLICE - (end of clip, 11:20:45hrs) - "camera not sighting - REASON - lorry driver seen, & RECORDED on video, slowing traffic down & waving arm, therefore obstructing officers duty"

POLICE also allege: -
"saw SPEEDING LGV approaching in n/side lane - RECORDED"

"driver THEN started waving" - "SEE right arm come out".

& "lorry driver seen on video - LEANING FROM LORRY- waving BOTH arms" - "waving arm UP & DOWN" -"waving arm ABOUT - therefore obstructing officers duty".

& Yeovil Magistrates found Police evidence "clear & credible" - following on from a 2hr lunch time xmas party (drinking binge?) - Hic!

SO WHERE IN THIS CLIP - are the lorry drivers 'actions' - causing 'obstruction of officers' duty - resulting in camera 'not sighting' - "as recorded on Police video"???

AND WHY - was this clip 'withheld' from defence and courts?

Independent Police Complaints Commission, Chair reviewing case & lying to Parliament): -
"IPCC have copy of Police video - trucker seen LEANING out of LGV waving his ARMS, as police allege" - "it would be unjust to investigate officer"

SO WHERE - are the lorry drivers 'crimes' SEEN in this video? (IPCC duplicity?)

& why is the IPCC Chair LYING to the British Parliament about events seen on this video???

Plus where's the missing 'SECRET' video of the alleged crime, given to the IPCC, showing the trucker LEANING from lorry waving BOTH arms etc?

you 'doctored' video evidence - removing this clip to obtain a target conviction, falsified summons then lied to Law Lords & Parliament + 'SECRET videos shown only to IPCC - WHY?

OR SHOW THE MEDIA - from this 'missing' clip, (or your 'secret' material) - the trucker LEANING from lorry, waving BOTH arms etc - causing 'obstruction' - resulting in speed camera turning off-road ("not sighting") at end of clip?
