Hi there, Thanks for the nice words. I shot almost all of the video while working at the Jean-Michael Cousteau Fiji Islands Resort in Savusavu. It's on Vanua Levu Island up in the north. Have a great time in Fiji by the way. October is a good time to visit.

We have humpback whales visit here each year. Usually in the Nov. and Dec. months but we have seen them transiting through the area at other times. Yesterday, 26 June 2008 a whale shark was spotted at Namena Marine Reserve. This is somewhat strange as it's the first one I've heard about in more than 6 years living here. Tonga is a great place to see humpbacks by the way and we've been in the water there and had them come right up to us.
