Well that's because stand up comedy has became alot more popular over the past few years and tbh I dont really like Tim Michen I dont like how he sings and plays the piano to express his humour i can't really get drawn in like I do with Russell or Lee Evans...

Everybody likes to think they have a sense of humour. British satire, a sense of irony and the absurd is exported all over the world and earns a huge amount of respect even in places where they don't speak much English. It's just that there has been so much dumbing down in the last decade, not just in comedy but in television in general. I know it has nothing to do with stand up but the last series that impressed me was The League of Gentleman. As for Stand Up...how about Tim Minchen?
