  • This is a very rare gun right? If so I have a friend that has one.

  • @MrChanDalt They are hard to find but I woundlt call them rare, but if ur friend has one he ought to keep it :-)

  • that rifle probably has good history

I once took a closer look at a scoped mosin and I gotta say it was the first WW2 rifle I wasnt impressed with.

Mauser's action is far superior....but we both know which rifle is older

(when you think about civil war muskets and 5 shot bolt actions made less than a decade later you realize what leaps in technology these things were)

why havent you bought a K98 yet, or is the 1903 gonna do it for you?

  • Thank you,I agree!

I have, shoot, and have posted videos on all those other rifles you have mentioned here.

    Thanks again, E.

  • I have a Finish Capture M91 and i was wondering where i could find .311 Bullets for reloading? Would the .308 shoot well in these rifles?

  • Slug ur barrel first, the Finn rifles slug between 0.3085 al the way through 0.312

  • Ok, no sarcasm here. You have got to be one macho son of a gun to operate the safety as you did in the beginning of the video... I have 3 mosins including an SA marked sako M39 and each one just gets harder and harder to use! lol

  • hmm good one

sir i am really interested that if you can test Ak47 on long range shooting.

and post more of musket guns videos

  • @SBFHawk1 No, this is the earlier M91 Dragoon Mosin Nagant. It was never upgraded to the M91/30. The Mosin Nagant rifles had many models of which the M91/30 was just one of the more recent versions. Personally, I have a preference for the Finnish models. I own a M91, M27, and two M39's in addition to owning two Russian M91/30's.

  • This is also known as the M91/30 or Mosin-Nagant!!!

  • @C172Pilotdude correct

  • very cool! I like the history, and that is some good shooting.

just got turned onto the mosin nagant when I thought I could still get an sks for about $100.00 lol silly me.

doubt the 2 russians I just bought online are as storied, hopefully they are decent shooters

  • @mitsuman007 AMEN!

  • @Dp908 AMEN!

  • You must have thumbs of steel to operate the bolt lock safety that easily.

    Nice shooting.

  • Great vid and nice rifle. :^)
