This is a short video tutorial describing how to use PhotoSculpt Textures.
NEW: buy the software today for only EUR 99.00 !
see http://www.photosculpt.net for more info

1. Choose 2 photos that form a stereo pair (see the optimum shooting tutorial) and open or drag them to the interface.

2. Then click the "sculpt" button.

3. The 3d model of the subject get constructed on screen very quickly. It's density is actually increasing over time. The more you wait the bigger the model.

4. When you're happy with the amount of detail on the model, then you can stop and save as I did.

Any questions?

I will send more tutorials like this later. Come back soon !

Thanks for watching!

  • can i render it to 3d max ?

  • @OxSADEKxO sure, There is a tutorial for 3DS MAX on the web site menu/documentation/tutorials/11

    It basically works on any 3D software, MAYA, MODO, BLENDER, 3D COAT, ZBRUSH. Either export a 3D model like a .obj or a displacement texture + normal texture for best effect.

  • Wow, this is pretty good! Are there any plans to make it so you can project all sides of the model?

  • Hi @AngriestAmerican . I'd love to. Maybe in the future?

  • You can actullay make 3d models with this, if you cut your photo into two halfs and

    make 3d ones on each side and stick them back together, you get a perfect photgrammetry model!

    Close, that's c++.

    There are faster and more productive ways to use the interface, I'll show that later.
