this little baby croc is actually quite tame. I can totally freehand him and he will sit on your arm and chill. He jumped off me though and I grabbed him while he was on the ground a little too far back on his body. In typical monitor fashion he turned and gave a quick tiny litte love nip on my knuckle. It was literally a millisecond. No pain, no holding on at all, just an instant blood letting. Crocs are serious monitors and should not be kept by someone without some monitor experience.

  • puuuuuuut MEEE THA FUUUUUUC DOOOOOWN!

  • If you knick your skin in just the right way, it'll bleed a whole bunch more than if you make a deeper cut. I one time shaved off a minute layer of skin on my thumb when washing hair off a razor blade once and it bled so much, even though it didn't hurt and there didn't seem to be much of anything wrong.

  • @HolyPineapple Ah, I remember when I looked down at my thunk and saw it covered in blood. At first I thought it was an old wound, but the blood was fresh and the wound was clotted already. It was than that I noticed a deep cut below the nail. It did not hurt one bit and was absolutely painless (I'm seriously saying this. No pain at all. None.) but there was enough blood that I was quite alarmed anyway.

  • @volizaable It looks like he is in a store judging by the multiple bags of substrate on the shelf to the left. He could easily have been cleaning the tank and gotten a bite ect, You seem to be OK with people owning these things since you worked in a pet store selling them, and bites happen, he is just showing what that bite can do
