FAQ-

Q:Keygen will not patch files, says "error has occurred while patching the file(s)!"
A:Make sure, before running the keygen, you right click and choose "Run as Administrator." You only need to do this when running windows 7 or vista, run it normally for everything else.

Q: Keygen codes are not working.
A:Make sure you have Sony Vegas Pro 9 selected on the keygen.

Q: Keygen STILL will not patch files, says "error has occurred while patching the file(s)!"
A: Make sure you have Sony Vegas Pro 9 the program closed before patching (and every other window atleast minimized).

@CheeseLuv3r Huh, that's weird... i just re-did the installation following my video and it worked... Maybe you have a 64 bit computer and you are downloading the 32 bit version? if that's not it I'm not sure i can help you... maybe ill make a new video on how to get Vegas 10.
