this video was shot at our hotel in koh Lanta on boxing day, notice the run off the beach over a bridge that then dissapears as the wave hits!

One of the greatest tsunami videos I have ever seen. It really illustrates the power of a few meters high wave. But of course this is not a normal wave, its a superfast unfolding tsunami, a killer.

You should be grateful alot of ppl in thailland have drowned, or smashed from these monster waves you were like 5 secs from dying on the bridge your are lucky!

I know someone who was swimming on Lanta when this wave hit, then was almost killed by the second. Very lucky to have lived.
