Of course the spending issue is a trivial matter. All conservatives are talking about it cutting everything from Medicare to social security, while giving tax cuts to millionaires, outsourcing American jobs, increase in productivity while decreasing wages, CEO pay ratio 650 to 1, spending more on wars and prisons than educating our citizens, and buying American, what a novel idea!

@whyamimrpink78 but this is what occupy movement is all about, you know. The rich one percent and the major corporations have completely infiltrated and taken over the federal government and every decision they make. This entire protest movement is demanding for a re-look at corporate influence in government, and possibly a restructuring of government to prevent further corruption.

@styxtap You hate those federal government programs because they are controlled by corporations. That means we have lost control of the government. That is a problem. The real solution is to regain control of the government, that means establish state rights and reduce the size of the federal government.
