omgg i love this... at first I was like oh this is easy... but then when I kept repeating sides (3 at a time) it got harder and harder.. i LOVE this though, i can really feel it. my love handles arent terrible, but I feel as though if I keep up with my care-free eating patterns and lazyness, they will develop worse than they already are. thanks for the video and I'll be doing this exercise 3-5 times a week !!
