  • I didn't know you weren't supposed to put weight on stomps. That's a great tip. :)

  • Honestly it's different from teacher to teacher. I was taught stomps are flat foot with no weight and stamps are flat foot with weight. Some teachers teach it exactly the opposite.

  • An assistant teacher found out I was putting too much weight into my stomp during time steps because it would make it more difficult and slower to change feet so your way is probably the correct way. I wish I had been taught that from the beginning.
