Do you think that chewing gum and keeping hands in pockets is the correct way for this employee (yes, employee) to behave when addressing his employer ?
She is not obliged to produce ID and he KNEW this. She is not obliged to answer his questions either, unless he had reasonable cause to believe she was behaving in a suspicious manner (which she wasn't). She should have walked away because he didn't have the authority to detain her in this instance.

I'm sorry but she has nothing to bitch about in my opinion. Ok, she was arrested when she was in fact innocent but the police aren't pyschic, they don't know that until they detain her and check her story and frankly, she was being evasive with her answers to the PCSO, as he kept saying. The police have the right to ask what you're doing and, with probable cause, to ask for your I.D. By saying "I do this for fun" and refusing to answer the questions straight up, she put herself in this position.
