@NewPSCity Well thats your opinion. Not every dell customer will be dissatisfied. I've had bad experiences with Dells on the performance end so its my opinion that they suck. I'll tell you this much, Dell is one of the most common computers that I have fixed. Sorry, just the facts my friend.

You do know that every XPS L502x Has a SIM Card slot, which can be located at the bottom under the battery to the right. Well i know that mine has it anyway my specs are:
i7-2670QM SandyBridge Quad Core with Hyperthreading, 8GB RAM, 2GB Nvidia GeForce 540M, 750GB HDD, Blu-Ray Drive, JBL Speakers with Subwoofer, USB 3.0 and a load of other stuff

@NewPSCity i haz i7, 1080p, blu-ray, back lit keyboard, 8gb ram, 540m, and everything else maxed out (incuding micro office) and i got mine for 1,399 :D but this was a while ago and the price was like that for only a week, then it changed

Great purchase, my dell xps 15 is working great, 1080p screen is amazing for a laptop, blu-ray, back-lit keyboard, i7 sandy bridge processor. This laptop is a beast and it cost less than that overpriced apple crap.

@NewPSCity Yeah I didn't need the full power of the i7 and 1080p since I've got my desktop. The i5 is super fast so far though. It renders videos only a hair slower than my quad core desktop.
