Oh, and just in case someone does NOT know what Billy was sayin' right before this, it went:
" Deutschländ! Deutschländ! … Well ... What happened to Rudi the striker on the world-cup team? ... That´s what I wanna know ... Rudi???" (audience puzzled) ... "I saw Rudi in Chicago ... He was no good ... He couldn´t kick anymore ... I was at the world-cup! - etc"

@thetheRedundant : It was 1994. Germany played in Chicago 3 times. Against Bolivia Rudi Völler wasn't in the team, against Belgium he scored 2 times. So my guess would be he's talking about the match vs. Spain @ Soldier Field, June 21, where Wudy came in and didn't do much. :)

@XxSeReNiiTyxX It had to be the '94 world cup because I believe the opening ceremonies were held in Chicago, and the Pumpkins are from there so I'm assuming he went to that one.
