sorry, but we didn't have riley. it would have been a completely different story if we had him. I respect you guys whole-heartedly. Your fans are great, and you are passionate. However, there is no doubt that our offensive attack would have been much more potent with balance and the deep threat. I will say that you guys beat our team that was on the field. There were no excuses in how our defense played and our offensive guys who were on the field played.

Yeah I remember that game. We needed Riley really bad and for some reason he didn't play. I think he was hurt maybe, but either way, if he had been there, it would have been no contest. Of course its interesting that the QB who played that day has since quit the team. Still that was a close game.

Weren't you national champs in 94? Face it, you know your refs screwed us and quite frankly, if you couldn't tell that your guy was guilty of pass interference on that last play, then you weren't watching any more than the refs were. Now I know why my dad always loves to ask the refs if they're watching this game!

Don't even start. If I had a nickel for all the times B12 conference refs screwed the Huskers, I'd have a lot of nickels. That junk doesn't fly here - we've been complaining about being shafted in the '94 Orange Bowl for 14 years now, and has that given us another national title? Nope. Get over it. Oh, and good luck next season (please beat FSU, Clemson, and Miami).
