Earlier that day, #2 Texas lost, #4 Illinois lost, and #3 Auburn barely won.

  • @Airman241 .... I read your comment on the 2 pt. conversion in the Miami v. Nebraska '84 Rose Bowl.... Kenny Calhoun? He had no chance on that play....but the throw was behind the receiver. The outcome was / is not important to me. But all it takes is a stop-action look at the slow-mo replay. Calhoun was diving, desperate...and barely touched the ball, if at all. While the receiver had to turn all the way around trying to reach back for it. If the pass is even decent, Nebraska wins.

  • BALLS BY OSBOURNE. PERIOD

  • Kenny Calhoun will always be remembered for breaking up the 2-pt conversion

  • ma uncle played for nebraska in that game #96

  • Thanks for posting this video. This is still the best college football game I have ever seen in my lifetime (39 years). Even though I like Penn State and USC the best, I was rooting for Nebraska in this game. They lost, but it is a great memory!
