The Founding Fathers made it very clear when they wrote and editted the Constitution.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

You cannot trust criminals with firearms but you can trust them to follow bans on guns. That makes no sense and will only disarm law abiding citizens making them unable to protect themselves against criminal who will get bolder knowing that citizens are not armed.

So, thecourts were basically saying that the constitution and bill of rights are meaningless, and dont count? Whats next, will states and local municipalities be able to nullify other parts, like free speech and civil rights? I mean, lets ban everything evil, like speaking liberals/conservatives, ban niggers, ban honkies and wetbacks and slanty eyed yellows. A 7 year ban on hand guns and they had 7 shot to death during a weekend, has anyone told the bad guys about the ban? my bad the bad guys dont pay attention to gun bans or laws of any sort, so many stupid people in our government...real happy to be living in Idaho were we can not only carry openly but allso concealed carry and our crime rate is barely a dot compared to Chicago,I bet more people die in a week in Chicago then in a year in the state of Idaho.how ya liking that gun ban?

the Second amendment is part of the bill of rights which is UNALIENABLE and INHERENT, in other words they can NOT BE REGULATED OR TAKEN AWAY.

The Constitution is the supreme law of the land fuck tards and the bill of rights is a huge part of what makes this country a Constitutional republic.
