This looks so professionally filmed I was wondering if it was a DVD you are bringing out rather than another utube thing? And you practising so close to a windy cliff was a little distracting, kept being worried you would fall off it! Extreme yoga! Can't wait to see this I am encorporating your practices nearly daily now and realy feeling the benefit.
