Thank you DRB :)

@verlealvey Yet somehow the Beatles, and others managed to create highly inventive, original music, go figure !

It just dawns on me, I first became aware of this excellent tune and its incredible string arrangement, on Technicolor Web of Sound , which is no more!! that stinks !

Should have been big this track

Hey thanks for all the kind remarks. The album was shelved because the band broke up upon arriving back in America due to personal problems. I was invited by EMI to come live over in England and continue to pursue the whole record thing, but I was young, dumb, and homesick, so I passed on it. ---TH

Percival, thanks for uploading; I really enjoyed this song. Plus, you are very polite and resonable! I also feel this song is one of their best, and it's not derivative. It's a great song!

@1Museguy Stupid decisions , stupid comments like yours , what a world! the aerovons, better than the Beatles ? lol stop trying to ruin peoples listening experience of a good tune!
-
I bet this was pulled because the Aerovons were better than the Beatles at that time, and Capitol knew it....so it chose its marquee act. These guys should have been released. What a stupid business decision not to.

I was in a band with Mike and Billy of the Aerovons truly talented we did a demo CD back then everyone wanted to sound like the Beatles but the Beatles wanted to sound like everyone nothing is original...
-
Awesome!!! I have the cd Resurrection by The Aerovons. Quite a few really great songs. Some songs definitely sound Beatles influenced and several such as "World of You" sounds very Bee Gees-ish. Check out the demo version of "World of You"-both versions (demo & studio) sound like a lost Bee Gees song!
