  • Who ever put this video together is a Charlatan. Deliberately taking Obama out of context to make him sound like he has contempt for the Constitution, when that wasn't the case.

  • yes you heard him wrong. What Obama said in that interview, which is taken out of context here was, that if the Warren court was radical it would have broken away from the constraints in the constitution regarding redistribution of wealth it did not. Second, the tragedy of the civil rights movement, as he said in the interview, was that the civil rights movement focused too much on litigation, and not enough on community organizing to bring about economic change.

  • that's what i heard.

  • I hear him clearly saying the Constitution is flawed.

    Did I hear that wrong?

Let's call this what it really is.

    Same bullshit about reperations

  • bits and pieces take out of context. I bet that if I slapped together past Obama speeches i could make it look like he's an alien.

    IT'S THE ECONOMY STUPID!!!!

  • ELLIPSE ELLIPSE ELLIPSE

  • you OBVIOUSLY know NOTHING about consitutional history, constitutional law, remedies, contract or anything remotely related to what American law is about. It's like Sarah Palin's minions infested Youtube with garbage interpretaions and expect Americans to buy into your warped thinking. Thankfully the intelligent Americans can bear the indignity of the next 9 days and then celebrate freedom by watching her and her ilk go down in a comprehensive rejection at the ballot box. See ya!
