Anyone that is addicted to heroin or other heavy drugs. Look up ibogaine and ayahuasca these are sacred psychedelics that shamans have used in South America for thousands of years for healing and spiritual purposes. They have been very successful in curing addiction. However they are currently illegal in most countries :(
