@eugenerhanley If you're using multiple displays via thunderbolt, that might be the issue. I stopped using the Thunderbolt HDMI adapter to my secondary display and this stopped happening. I resumed using it after Apple released their Thunderbolt update, and it hasn't happened again.
This happens to me some times mostly on restart the finder/menu bar would be missing until I click around a bit it is probably a bit of bugginess in the Lion OS
@TheNews1990 I think I've got it figured out but I'm gonna give it a few days to see. The HDMI adapter cable for the Mac is great, but every time I turn my TV on or off, or switch the TV to my PC or other source, the mac's video display goes kinda bonkers for a bit, as it tries to rebuild the windows on the screen and such. I think it's happening during this "reset" time. I might have fixed it just by unplugging the HDMI cable, but to me, it's still a bug with the OS, not Adobe.
I don't know man, it could be premiere but I don't own a mac... I'd uninstall completely by uninstalling and then delete all of the premiere files then reinstall from scratch or ask adobe on their forums
I have the issue, but don't, and never have, used the thunderbolt port. In fact, I don't have one, I'm on a 2008 24" iMac.
