@Rnassif123 It doesn't matter which account you log into during safe mode. It's only temporary and for getting rid of harmful material. System Tools prevents everybody from opening up programs, except the web browser. Go into admin if it means accessibility to the Registry Editor, and delete the file. If the files on your user account have been terminated, make a new one. Recently, I got infected and had to do so.

@cumverg make a new runonce?
Rnassif123 11 months ago
@Rnassif123 DON'T delete the runonce folder. That is, unless the file is the only one in the RunOnce folder. It's dangerous to delete key values in regedit, because system instability can happen. But if you already have, yes.

Well done, took me almost 2 hours of pissing around looking for a fix and yours worked in 2 minutes, I found your message correcting another video on how to remove System Tool, the other was crap..... the only scarey part for most people is when you say remove random stuff basically Im guessing you remove everything except the Default - (value not set)
I only had one other line of random crap so I removed it and it worked great..
Thanks soooooooooo much.

@Yutubetopteensingers If it looks anything like this: SDS214T631WT4043 (not the exact query, it differs every time), delete it. And the value is never set in regedit. Be extremely careful though, because deleting some of the keys can cause system instability.
