@vickidennis1123 Can you please tell me how they don't have freedom of speech now? They do. The problem is that there are people out there that actually support our country. Those people have the freedom to NOT like the Dixie Chicks. Freedom of speech is not just for saying things against the country. We live in the BEST country in the world--no matter who is President. Is my guy in the White House? No, but I still believe that our country has the right ideas...

@vickidennis1123 Say what? I saw them in concert this June in Toronto. They were singing then. Also saw the Court Yard Hounds (Em & Martie) a month later. Still singin' & playin'. The Chicks ain't done just yet.They've got too many fans who love 'em to cash in their chips. But a new studio album would be nice...

"Top of the World" has got to be one of the most touching songs that I have ever heard. I love the Dixie Chicks version, as well as their video, but I especially love songwriter Patty Griffin's original. Breathingtakingly sad.
