This is bizarre. I think what happened here was that Cruise sort of backed himself into a corner by acting unusually happy and excited right away, and it just kind of snowballed until he just decided to keep going with it.

Is he the dweeb who stared in the movie Revenge of The Nerds, kind of a lame short and dorky actor.....why are those morons clapping so hard, forgot studio audiences are told to clap on command and half are payed to take orders.....just like zombie sheep.

this isn't a meltdown, its a guy whos seriously head over heels punch drunk in love and you do some "questionable" things when that happens...he just happened to do it on TV...to call this a meltdown is sensationalism at its worse.
