Why does fraps make videos sound like crap?

you have to check to mute all the mic entris like mic front and that stuff

@MZD79 late reply lol. i take it back though after trying some changes to my audio settings and display ect fraps is actually the best choice, a lot can change in a year :o)

@realityexplorations 1) I have no problems with my videos running smoothly. Although the framerate says 20-30 but I see no difference 2) Get Virtualdub and compress with Xvid MPEG-4 3) When recording videos, you don't even have to look at it. Unless you record in windowed mode or something.

camtasia studios screen recorder can be used to record game play, since of today i conclude fraps is a pile of shit,and have just unistalled it, for one the frame rates are never that good and 2 it makes very large files with no compression, 3 its ugly lol
