It's odd, but it works: Bob your head to the ryhthm. By doing so, you are less likely to lose track of the rhythm. Actually anything works, as long as you recreate the beat. Tap the table, clap, commit suicide, make a noise at each beat, anything.

@marcelgb are you following the beat properly i know its easy to be a little late on the beat. heres what i do: say this "bum" "bum" "bum" "rest" "TAP" "ding" ding" "boing" i know its a little ridiculous but it helps in the beginning soon you wont even have to say anything when you get good enough
