@Xoxhotchickxox94 You don't see all of the box, so you don't know how much of it is open. What the author should have done was filmed the entire box before initially playing with the cat. We do the same thing and the cats choose whether or not they want to be in there because we have a "kitty door" cut in the side of the box. They also sleep in there because it gives them a sense of security.

my cats do this all of the time. We cut one large hole in the side of the box with a string flap, and random smaller holes over the top and sides. They love going in and out of it. and randomly leaping at people when they walk by.
