Predator Hot Suace - Eric Wawizzle

I went to Lime and had their hottest hot sauce. I had to ask them to bring it out from the back so I could have it. "Predator" is the name. Made me cry, gave me hicups, and made me sweat like no tomorrow.

I'll do it again too.

I put 30 drops of it in my chili, any more and I start tasting it (it tastes pretty foul).

Yesterday I ate 2 drops on a spoon, result : constant hiccups :)

I've used Predator for a few years now. It is very hot - about like a puree of hot habanero's but it's mixed with a number of other fruits like pinapple (i think). If you add one or two drops to a large bowl of chili it makes it fairly hot but with a good flavor underneath. For most people, a single drop in a bowl of chili would be too much. A friend sampled one drop on his finger during a lunch break to show he's tough. He accidently touched his eyelid and had to miss the rest of the day.
