this is my transformation from before P90X through my 1st round of 90 days. My results in the 3rd phase (days 57-90) weren't that great b/c I couldn't push myself as hard as I wanted to due to an injury. My diet was clean at best but wasn't dead on by any means. I'm about to start round 2 (with a better diet) and as long as my body can handle it, my results should be great.
