CHAPTER 10:
Allison's cell started ringing and she rolled over to look at the time and saw it was 2am.
"Hello?" she asked sleepily.
"Hey I know I woke you and I'm sorry but I can't sleep because I just can't seem to stop thinking about you." Kevin said and Allison smiled. "I know that's probably really weird cause we just met but I'm the kind of guy that doesn't really hide what I'm feeling so I'm gonna go ahead and tell you that I'm starting to really like you." he said as he paced around the back of the bus.
Allison was silent for a bit. "I'm not sure what I feel when I'm with you. I guess things aren't very clear in my heart at the moment." Allison said.
Kevin sighed, "So what does that mean?"
"I don't know if I like you as more than a friend at this point" Allison said.
"Ok. I'm sorry I just kissed you like that the other night, I've never done anything like that before."
"Its ok, it just sort of caught me off guard."
"I want to see you again." Kevin said and he settled into the couch where he was.
"I want to see you too, I had a ton of fun with you guys, and the concert was amazing."
"Yeah, but I think the pretty girls in the front row were the most amazing part about it."
"Shut up." Allison said with a slight laugh.
They continued talking about random things until it was almost 4 and they both really needed to get some sleep.
"Kevin, it's late."
"Or really early depending on how you look at it." Kevin said.
"Mmm that too." Allison said with a yawn.
"Get to sleep beautiful."
"You're too sweet for me." Allison said snuggling down into her sheets.
"That could be..."Kevin said with a laugh.
"Ok now you're being a butthead."
"I'm kidding. Sweet dreams, I'll text you later."
"Ok. Sweet dreams to you too... Good night Kevin."
"You mean good morning." He said and then she hung up the phone.

Kevin went back to his bunk and climbed in, feeling better that he had gotten things off of his chest.
In the bunk above Kevin, Nick was fast asleep dreaming about seeing Jenn again. Joe was across from Kevin, having a dreamless and restful sleep. Kevin drifted off, wondering what the future would bring.
Allison pulled her stuffed animal to her chest and let a tear slip from her eye. Her heart was going to tear her in two, just like it always did.
