  • @AtomicCrane not gona lie it took a long time but it was only because i couldnt find out what worked for me n what i needed to do, until i met the deblaine brothers, n kadour gave me tons of tips, right now im doing legs twice a week, plyos twice a week, aloooot of core its real important vert is def the hardest thing to increase. but now that ive found what works for me im increasing about an inch or 2 every week maybe more its coming quick

  • @AtomicCrane do what u gota do man vertical leap is probly the hardest thing ive worked on for a long time to see my results
