@toobulous Thanks for the advice, I will keep the batts down my pants (that sounds a bit perverted). I already traveled to the cold lake, but didn't take my radian. I thought the weather would be terrible, but it turned out to be good and I kicked myself in the ASS for not bringing it, oh well. Definitely bringing it next time...no matter what the weatherman says.

Cool video! How did you mount the camera? Have you glued it?

@melas Thanks! I used the GoPro mount that came with the camera. I wrote up a little DIY on rcgroups(dot)com, search "Simple Effective GoPro HD Hero Parkzone Radian Mount". Youtube comments won't let me post a URL :(

Very Nice! I just subscribed:) I had an Easystar - all setup for live FPV - lost it the first time out, gone forever. I've just setup my P51 with a new camera and transmitter, so I guess we'll see what happens this time. I ordered the Go Pro HD today and can't wait to try it. You have Awesome Footage from over that lake, I will visiting a lake in November and hope to get anything close to how great your video is. Any problems flying the lipo battery in cold weather? Thanks, Don

@realtvnow I keep the batts in my pants pocket until ready to fly. No real issues I've seen yet in the cold, maybe about 5-10% less umph, but hard to say, as with the cooler air it makes more lift/thrust. I keep the flight a few minutes shorter to be safe(r)... I run about 20-22 mins on my 3s 2100mah packs in this colder weather. You'll love the camera, and good luck!

great videos, how did you mount the camera?

@kualalumpar I mounted it at the CG location on top of the wing (and it is removable). I have a write-up on RCG.
