I treadmill off about 1k calories average daily, although sometimes I gain weight due to having to keep my bloodsugar and stamina up, when sick and sleepdeprived and such.

I injured my liver's blood sugar producing abilities pretty badly losing a lot of weight over a 6-month-ish span.. twice. so, I strongly advise against losing THAT fast..
