Home grilled Sish Kabbab and Tikkah. Shish Kabbab is a famous dish many people liked world wide and especially in the middle east. Many families grilled the Shish Kabbab dailly in Rammadhan season and picknicks during spring season too. They enjoied grilling Tikkah too which was the twin alternative to Sish Kabbab. Tikka was a small pieces of meet beef or sheep spiced with some salt and cumin. Some add pepper like Turkish, some add pieces of tomatoes and onions inbetween the tikkah. adding some pieces of fat between Tikkah gives them delicious test but to those whome suffer from high colistrol we advice them to this idea out.

  • Quick question...why do you use the fan when making kabobs? I see everyone do it. Is it to keep the fire hot? to keep the fire from flaming up on the kabobs?
