I am not a big Czerny fan but you have the technique to pull it off. I would allow the melody to "sing" a little more over the runs. Perhaps, combined with a softer melodic approach, a little more speed would be the answer here.

Your runs are really great. I don't know much about Czerny's pieces... but your intpretation is really clear so everybody "understands" what you want to say. Great job!!! Really good!!!
