Hello from Montreal, Canada ...The same is happening here, we have gangs of Algerians, Lebanese, Moroccans, Haitian, Jamaicans, Central Americans(latinos). If you happened to be white you are called a racist, even the police are having trouble in some district of the city. They have their own league (association) and lawyers by their side; in more ways than others, they have more right then the rest of the population whom are respectful of the law.
