I explore a lot, I try to get a lot into every genre, but there is plenty I don't like either. As I said, I spend a lot of time exploring.
I like to have at least 50% of my music I listen to songs I have never heard before.

Haven't heard of a lot of those bands, I'll have to look them up! I like Arcade Fire though. There are so many great bands! =)

Relient K HAD to be first, they're my favorite! I like the killers a lot too! Haven't listened to muse very much. I agree with you about mewithoutyou too, same reason I haven't gotten into their stuff.

hey, have you ever heard the badn "as i lay dying?"
if not i would probably suggest the song "the darkest nights"
they aren't as much into the vocals for the whole thing, but i'm a real fan of the clean vocals in the chorus.
his emphasis is on the lyrics more than vocals, i think, but let me know if you like them,
they're proably a bit to far on the metal scene for waht you like though.

I've actually seen As I Lay Dying in concert a couple times. They are a bit harder than what I like but I haven't listened to them on cd much, I'm going to look them up a bit more. Thanks for the recommendation!
