Great fight both excelent youg fighters briton should be proud off who didnt care about putting their records on the line for a good 50 50 fight. hopfully degale will sort him self out this year. it will be a great fight to see again in the future.

Finally Degale does something sensible by splitting from Warren. Fighters who stick with Warren spend years fighting bums from Eastern Europe, remember Calzaghe being fed the likes of Mger Mkrtchyan and Mario Veit? Joe was ready for the elite Americans years earlier than the Lacy fight but Warren squandered his talent on meaningless contests. Poor Nathan Cleverley's career is heading the same way, same for Georgie Groves, who should have signed for Eddie Hearn if he was serious about his career.

Crazy thing is, this made me like Degale. Shame he lost. Seems like he's just playing a character more than he is a "bad guy". Groves is pure class. Wish them both the best.
