I just did this head stand and its very important that you get into the right squat position before balancing your knees on your elbows. If you don't get into a squat position it makes everything a lot harder. *note if you want to gain core strength try doing this without the squat position.

those are by far the most helpful tips i've ever gotten or come across for acquiring stability.
