Awesome - Thank you! Sears wanted $129 for the service call + parts. Almost bought a new washer yesterday, so glad I decided to check it out first.

And I just got mine done. Thank you so very much was more easy then i would have thought. Took about 45mins most of that time was finding the right tools lol. Got parts for about $15 :D

My washing machine does not spin to wash, but will spin to rinse clothes. What do you think the reason is? Could it be the coupler or something else be doing this? Please help. Thank you.

@amithp013 So, does the washer agitate? If it does it is not your coupler.
