In Maureen's own words (Transcript):
My name is Maureen Brown. My title is Admissions Representative. I started working here at the hospital a year ago. I love working here at Sibley Hospital because of the patients. It's a positive environment. That's what I like.

I mean in spite of the fact that people are coming here sick, I find working with people makes me feel good. So it's a positive outlook for me. I feel at times, too, because I've gotten several recommendations from patients -- how much they appreciate the service that was rendered at the time of their service. It makes you feel good. It makes you feel good that you're doing -- you're making a difference where you're supposed to be making a difference. I enjoy seeing my patients leave with a smile.

Sibley Hospital, the staff will take care of you. You'll be just fine.

The patients are all customers, and I enjoy meeting people. You meet people from all walks of life, all over the world. Everyone has interesting stories. We do have a lot Embassy employees that come here. You have a lot of dignitaries from Capitol Hill.

And then the employees are staff -- the staff is excellent. We have great people, we inject fun in, with the birthdays and we'll get together cards. It's a fun atmosphere. The employees, they've been here for years and years. They don't leave here. So that's a good sign about this hospital. The excellent employee relationship. It's wonderful. It's just a fun place to work.
