To be fair, we do have quite a few people named "Rick" in our class. It makes sense that we would sound as if we were partying, since it was very much like a party atmosphere.

"Cocky bastards", as you put it, is wrong. It was more a cheer of jubilation and joy, though I would like to point out the hypocrisy of calling us "cocky bastards" while pointing out that the NORTHSIDE EAGLES were 2X STATE CHAMPS. Not to mention you brought up how your version of "07" was "so much cooler", as if it even mattered.
Way to showboat to an audience that doesn't really care. Dumbass.
